State Member for Pine Rivers, Mr Seath Holswich, has launched a new Pine Rivers Business Survey as an opportunity for local businesses to provide feedback to the State Government.

“The Pine Rivers Business Survey is an on-going survey that allows local businesses to provide me with feedback on the challenges and issues facing businesses in Pine Rivers,” Mr Holswich said.

I have a home!

Finally I have found a space for Rainbow Atma. I am at Petrie roundabout shops, right next to the tattoo shop.  Denise Eagleton, Gestalt Psychotherapist, will be working from the shop to the front of me.  By the time this article is printed we will be nicely settled into our new environment.  We are both very excited about the work we will be doing together and our hope is that it will be inspirational to all our clients.

We recently returned from a trip to the North Island of New Zealand with two of our adult children 18 and 22 and our three younger sons 16, 12 and 9.

Fifteen – Love:  Well this was special, here I am sitting in centre court at Wimbledon.  I wasn’t planning this but when my uncle mentioned that he was going and had a spare ticket. Well that was a no brainer.

There was a time when crafting was something only a more mature lady admitted to enjoying.  In recent times, however, the gentle art of sewing has undergone a renaissance. 

Those hard to have conversations!

I was out with my eldest daughter a few weeks ago when she received a call from one of her friends letting her know that someone she knew had committed suicide.  How devastating was that news?  What happens for those left behind?  How far reaching is the impact of that loss?  Is anyone carrying any guilt around what they could have done?  It actually got me thinking about how do we have those hard to have conversations?

If you think it is difficult to get out of bed as these cooler months set upon us, spare a thought for our older pets who feel the cold more than most.  The winter months often bring with them achy bones and arthritic pets, who just can’t seem to get comfortable.
