This is again set to be a great family event.  Stone the Crows bush band will be playing.  You may remember them from the Craig Doyle Stage on Dayboro Day last year and also at the Combined Churches Bush Dance held in September ’08.

AUSTRALIA DAY 2009

Peter Dutton presented his Dickson Community Awards at Samford on Australia Day 2009, in an event organised by the Rotary Club of Samford Valley.  These awards were presented following a Citizenship Ceremony, which saw some 33 new Australians accepting this land as ‘home’. 
Dayboro resident, Marian Krause, was called up to accept an Award for her outstanding contribution to the Emergency Services, for her service to the Dayboro Ambulance.

Chinese delegation comes to Dayboro
