    Sunday 8th Feb    9am – 2pm
    Sunday 15th Feb    10am – 2pm
Junior sign-on fee is $60, then $6 for each additional child in the same family.

horseriders_4triders.gifOur Club’s September ride was down on numbers with only 13 setting off, and although I was not a part of it, I understand that the ride and BBQ afterwards were very good.
One of the reasons for numbers being down was that five of our members were enjoying an eight day camp on the A.T.H.R.A. September Ride at Jabiru in the Noosa hinterland.

Archers aim for Samford

The sport of archery will have a home in the Samford area.

Division 11 Councillor, Bob Millar, said the Grange Company of Target Archers Inc would operate from the former CSIRO site now being developed as Samford Parklands.

Samford Equestrian Group

The Samford Equestrian Group hosted over 100 horse and rider combinations at the Official/Associate dressage competition held on Sunday 24th August.  This very successful day was further enhanced when Councillor Bob Millar presented club president Leasa Stephen with a cheque for $10,000 from the Moreton Bay Regional Council which will be spent on on-going ground improvements.

SILVER MEDAL FOR LACHY

Lachy (Lachlan Ferguson) won The Silver Medal for the Tetrathon Event at the State Athletic Titles, which was held at the QE2 stadium recently.  The Tetrathon is a multi event of 100mts, 800mts, Long Jump and Shot Put.
