TAEKWON DO Feb 2008
Come and join us!
With the start of a New Year come the New Year resolutions, the promise to quit smoking, and 2008 is the year I lose weight and get fit, and that is all going to happen in the first month, sound familiar. We have all been there at some time in our life, but you know that it can happen, not in the first month, but it can happen. 2008 can be the year you achieve all of the above if you, prioritize, take it one day at a time, set small achievable goals at first, and very important, be disciplined.
There is an activity that can help you achieve all of the above and more, and it is in your community, in fact it has been in Dayboro for the past 15 years. Everyone has seen us at some stage, be it driving or walking past the Dayboro community hall and thinking, I must call in and have a look one day. Maybe you have seen us at the Dayboro Day festival and thought that looks like fun, must find out more about what they do, but of course life kicks back in and that’s as far as it goes.
I challenge all of those people who have ever thought of doing something about their weight, those who want to improve their fitness and flexibility or those who just want to learn something new, to get up and do something about it, 2008 is your year.
Sign-On during February
Bai Rui taekwon-do is having not a sign on day, but a sign on Month. The month of February is your opportunity to come down and have a look at what we are all about, get on the training floor and try out, have fun while you train. The first two lessons are free so you don’t have to make up your mind on day one, the other important thing to remember is that this is an activity for the whole family, in fact there are many family units already training, and loving it.
Training days are Tuesday and Thursday,
If you want any information before you come down you can contact the club instructor Mr Byrne on 3491 7800 or mobile 0407 145 908 or Mrs Goldstone on 3425 1403.
