For Dan and his crew, 2014 is proving to be quite an adventure.  The change of location together with the change of name to Post & Rail Dayboro occurred during September, following the closure of his Dayboro Deli facility.
The expanded facilities at the Post & Rail’s location – 30 Williams Street – have quickly drawn favourable mentions from the clientele.  Reviving the name of a restaurant that traded from that location years ago is a popular move, nostalgia-wise, with many of the local families.
BREAKFAST: Served from 7am until 2pm, 6 days per week (closed Mondays).
– Choices in the continually evolving menu currently include French Toast, Salmon Rosti, Turkish Toast, eggs, bacon, steak and a gluten free, vegetarian option of Haloumi and Pea Fritters.
LUNCH – 11am – 2pm – is also available 6 days per week (closed Mondays).
Choice include a range of delicious-sounding burgers, tacos, toasties etc., the ever popular Beer Battered Fish & Chips, a Ploughman’s Platter and again a gluten free, vegetarian option of Minted Pea & Chickpea Fritters.
DINNER – 6pm to 9pm – Friday and Saturday only.
The menu offered for dinner is constantly changing and includes tapas, entries, steaks and much more.  You are invited to call in and grab a copy of the dinner menu, or snap a photo of it in anticipation of your dining out experience here.
