Jun2013_FEEDBACK SOUGHT FROM PINE RIVERS BUSINESSES
State Member for Pine Rivers, Mr Seath Holswich, has launched a new Pine Rivers Business Survey as an opportunity for local businesses to provide feedback to the State Government.
“The Pine Rivers Business Survey is an on-going survey that allows local businesses to provide me with feedback on the challenges and issues facing businesses in Pine Rivers,” Mr Holswich said.
“Whilst I take every opportunity to meet face to face with local business owners, this survey gives yet another opportunity for businesses to provide meaningful feedback.”
The survey was launched at a business lunch hosted by Mr Holswich in Dayboro recently. The guest speaker at the lunch was Minister for Tourism, Major Events, Small Business and The Commonwealth Games, The Hon Jann Stuckey MP.
“Our government has been working hard to provide relief and assistance for local businesses –streamlining Environmentally Relevant Activity approvals, scrapping Labor’s waste levy on businesses and increasing the payroll tax threshold.”
“But I know there is more that needs to be done and I want to hear from Pine Rivers businesses about ways we can continue to assist them.”
The launch of the survey comes just weeks after Mr Holswich launched the quarterly Pine Rivers Business News.
The business survey can be downloaded from www.seathholswich.com under the ‘Business Assistance’ heading.
“I am committed to working closely with local businesses as we work together to build a better Pine Rivers.”
