Have you any Old or Interesting APRONS

We are looking for people willing to lend us their ‘Old or Interesting’ Aprons for a display we would like to do at the Dayboro Antique and Collectables Fair at the Dayboro Day Festival on Sunday 31st 2009.
The display will be put up during the week leading up to Dayboro Day and will be protected from prying hands and sticky fingers.

Jackie Wallace would love to hear from anyone who would like to help us out with aprons for display.  Jackie will take your name and phone number and a brief description of the item or items you would like to display.  Approximately a month before Dayboro Day we will contact you and arrange for you to bring your aprons up to the Show grounds pavilion or we can arrange pick up.  Your details will be attached to your apron and a register will be kept so all aprons will be returned to the right persons.
We think it will make a lovely display at the Antique and Collectables Fair, we hope you do too.  If there is a story to go with the apron please tell us about it and we may be able to make it a feature.  Maybe even a story in the paper.
