I am honoured to be able to serve you again in Parliament for the next three years in a Coalition Government.  As the Federal Member, I can assist residents with tax, Centrelink, immigration, as well as all issues concerning federal government. If there is anything I can assist you with, you can contact my office via 3205 9977 or email peter.dutton.mp@aph.gov.au .
Change of Government:  The Australian people spoke very clearly in the results on election night.
An Abbott Government will work to restore the trust in government, as well as lowering the cost of living pressures by scrapping the carbon tax and securing our borders.  I am honoured to serve as the new Minister for Health and Minister for Sport.  I am committed to ensuring more money is put into frontline services as well as promoting sport and healthy lifestyle choices for all age groups.  We will be working closely with stakeholders to ensure the government makes decisions that will help everyday Australians.

Pink Ribbon Day:  The month of October is one to raise vital funds for Breast Cancer research and support for patients and their families. More specifically, the Cancer Council organises Pink Ribbon Day and Girls’ Night In to raise awareness and funds for research and support services.  To support the foundation you can choose to purchase or sell merchandise, including pink ribbons.  All information is available online.  Alternatively, you can organise or attend a Girls’ Night In to bring women together to raise money which will help Cancer Council fight against breast and gynaecological cancers.  If you would like any further information about the ways you can help, visit www.pinkribbonday.com.au .

Cook for a Cure:  I hosted a Cook for a Cure afternoon tea in my electorate office on Monday the 26th of August.  More than 20 volunteers whipped up a variety of unique delicacies, with all funds raised going to Bowel Cancer research.  We raised over $200 on the day and I was very proud to support such a great cause.
