Property Offences
On 16th August a ute stolen from Laceys Creek was located burnt out on Gold Scrub Lane at Samsonvale.  On 26th August another stolen vehicle was located in similar condition at the same location.  On 16th August a van stolen from the City was found on Mt Mee Road at King Scrub.
At about 8.30pm on 16th August a male offender broke into the Dayboro Football Club and stole beer.  CCTV images are displayed on local noticeboards or can be viewed at
Scientific evidence located at the scene of burglary offences in early July has led to the recent arrest of an offender.
If you have information in relation to these or other offences please contact Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000 or Dayboro Police Station 3425 1200.

Traffic
The injury traffic crash sign had reached 5 weeks but returned to zero after incidents on Saturday 14th and Monday 16th.  Fortunately no one was seriously injured in those crashes.
On 13th September a vehicle was seized for a hooning offence on Mt Samson Road at Samsonvale.
With recent traffic enforcement, there has unfortunately been an increase in the detection of speed, seat belt and mobile phone offences.  Please be aware that there are several speed camera sites around the Dayboro area and these are visited at regular intervals.
