According to research by specialist recruitment & HR services provider Randstad, nearly two thirds (66%) of Queensland employers agree social media should be part of any organisation’s talent attraction strategy, with more than one quarter (27%) indicating they expect to be using the likes of LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to source future employees.
