Photography Competition – Tuesday 17 April. Entries close 9.30am at CWA Hall, Delaney Street. All welcome to enter. For further information contact Cathy Ihm 3425 2620. Birthing Kits: These are prepared by QCWA for women in under-privileged countries, require White (any condition) sheets. These can be left at CWA Hall, Delaney Street, Dayboro, on the 1st and 2nd Fridays or 3rd Tuesday in month.
Craft is on the 1st and 4th Fridays of month from 9.30am. Cost $3.00. Beginners welcome as we do have a teacher for various crafts. So if you want a chat, or learn a new craft or just bring along your own work, we would love to see you. Everyone welcome and you do not need to be a member. If you would like to stay for lunch, members bring along food to share.
Seniors’ Morning Tea held Tuesday, 20th March: Thank you to all who attended, and we hope everyone had a good time. Remember to look out for the next one in November.
Women’s and Children’s Refuge Comfort Bags: These have been prepared and we need to purchase items to fill the bags. Anyone willing to donate items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair brushes, soap, shampoos etc, these would be gratefully received.
New Members: At our last meeting we welcomed two new members – Patsy Cains and Stephanie Sinclair.
Next Meeting 17 April 2012 starting at 9.30am:
