An impromptu inclusion in the proceedings at the Pine Rivers Shire Council’s Australia Day Awards program saw a genuinely surprised Mayor, Yvonne Chapman, presented with a special Australia Day Citizen of the Year Award by Federal Member for Dickson, Peter Dutton.
