On 2nd July a motorcycle was stolen from a shed at Kurwongbah.  The bike was located in Bray Park on the same date and an offender charged.
A number of residents have contacted the station in relation to concerns about the safety of pedestrians using the crossing in McKenzie Street outside Dayboro State School.
A driver approaching a crossing must drive at a speed at which the driver can, if necessary, stop safely before the crossing.  When used as a school crossing, drivers must stop when the crossing supervisor displays the hand held stop sign at the crossing or when a pedestrian is on or entering the crossing.  At all other times, a driver must give way to any pedestrian on the crossing.
A BMX bicycle has been handed in to the station as found property.  Please contact the station if you have recently lost a BMX bike.
