Get animated with free film workshops
Young people aged 12 to 25 can now book their place in next year’s free Mash It Up film makers’ workshops.
Moreton Bay Regional Council Mayor Allan Sutherland said the free 2012 Mash It Up workshops would run from January 5 to 13 in libraries throughout the Moreton Bay region.
“The Mash It Up workshops will provide budding filmmakers the skills they need to write, direct, shoot and edit their very own blockbuster,” the Mayor said.

“Workshops will cover everything from acting and voice-over to theatrical makeup, animation, sound production and special effects.
“Better yet, you’ll also learn the inside tips and tricks of the trade with the workshops to be hosted by industry specialists.
"Limited spots are available so make sure you secure your spot in council’s free 2012 Mash It Up workshop program today.”
