Old Mill’s Pet & Livestock Supplies barn has got a fresh face behind the counter, although Katrina is certainly no stranger to the Livestock Supplies industry.
Coming from five years experience in a similar role elsewhere, Katrina brings with her a swag of product knowledge and perhaps most importantly – exceptional customer service ethics.
Behind the scenes, Katrina’s three dogs – a big boofy Labrador, a Rottweiler puppy and a cute Shih Tzu X Maltese – keep her occupied and up to date on all things new in the world of pet ownership. Katrina has also been heavily involved with her daughter’s horseriding and eventing, so knows firsthand the challenges facing horse owners and competitors in the area.
Katrina rounds out the welcoming team at Old Mill Pet & Livestock Supplies, joining the ever-enthusiastic Crystal, the Rainbow Lorikeet Maverick, the chatty Cockatoo Georgie and the ‘ninja’ stable-cat, Candy. Please make Katrina feel very welcome when you’re next popping into the Barn.
