JUNE 08 AT THE DAYBORO COMMUNITY ART GALLERY

Dayboro Day has been a great success;  children, parents, art lovers and visitors had a great time participating in the outcome of the Art Awards, and browsing through our wonderful world of “Clay and Paint”, some taking advantage of the super bargains of the day and all in the name of “FUN”.  Our children got sweets and the chance to get their faces painted.  The competition winners got their very well deserved rewards.  Names and photos of the winners will be in the next issue of the Dayboro Grapevine.
All our children must be congratulated.  Their art work was well presented, imaginative and competent.  It has been great fun to host the exhibition and for a few days our Gallery reflected artistically the minds and inspirations of a new generation of artists.
ARTISTS OF THE MONTH
JOHN AND MYRA GOOD
John and Myra are two very dedicated members of our Gallery.  They are competent artists and each one has a unique style.  The Exhibition is uncovering their talent and style, from the very traditional to the more impressionistic.  As well, on display there are a few pottery articles created by these talented artists.  Come in and view their fine work.
