July2015_Dayboro Players strike again
If you have heard strange noises and gales of laughter emanating from the community hall on a Tuesday evening, it is not some strange cult – just Dayboro Players getting back into the swing of things for their upcoming production “The Last Resort”.
The team contains tried and trusted members as well as a healthy sprinkling of new talent – one member only came to accompany his partner and now both have major roles. Such is the danger of entering the hall during auditions!
This year’s play focuses on the goings on at a local retirement village where the residents are only old in body. This play will have it all; drama, romance, humour (bucket loads), singing and dancing. Honestly, it could be a South Bank production (that’s Terror’s Creek, not the Brisbane River!)
Come along on September 11th or 12th for an amazing night out – and, where we score over QPAC – your dinner is included in the price of the ticket! Tickets are $30 and available from Rendevous from early August. Be there – or…………………have just another boring night in.
