– GLUTEN FREE MENU OPTIONS
After taking over Dayboro Cafe in May, Adam and Katie have been aiming to make the menu more friendly for those with food allergies and intolerances.
Customers with dietary requirements were quick to suggest small changes to the original menu that could mean a big difference.
Dayboro Cafe are currently able to offer gluten free rolls to enjoy a burger along with handmade chips, sauces and chicken salt that are also gluten free. 
“These chips are just like the ones my Mum used to make,” says a new regular to the Cafe, Paul.  “I can’t tell you the last time I was able to order a burger from the menu!  I will be letting my friends at the Coeliac Association know about this!”
