DAYBORO DAY FESTIVAL Sunday 25th May 2008

The dedicated band are at it again – putting the wheels in motion for another great Dayboro Day Festival!  Following on from the success of the Antiques & Collectables Fair held at the Dayboro Showgrounds as part of the Festival last year, this will be bigger and better this year!

As well as being a great day out the Festival offers a tremendous opportunity for the various clubs and community groups to showcase what they are about via a static display and/or participation in the Parade – or a stall to give their bank balance a boost.  The Festival draws thousands of people to our township to check out what we have to offer – Parade, displays, entertainment on stage, market stalls, and our novelty events, plus our friendly atmosphere!
PARADE:  Even if you have been in the parade in past years, DO contact Barbara about this year’s parade!!
Perhaps you would like to be a participant in the day too!
You could showcase your talents on stage;  Have your club or group in the Parade;  Involve your non-profit group in the Raft Race;  Organise a stall for your club/group or yourself;  Offer your help with the setting up which takes place during Saturday and also early on Sunday morning;  OR Offer to assist with the clean-up and dismantling afterwards.
