Tony Beckley is the Artist of the Month for September at the Dayboro Art Gallery. Come in and see a wide collection of his wonderful works.
Some exciting news for the Gallery this month is that some of our members have been enjoying success at local art competitions:
Trevor Ryan won awards at the Samford Show for his work, some of which is presently on exhibition at the Gallery.
Warren Watson also received an award at this Show.
Janette Zimmerman received advice last week that she won an award for the artwork she submitted to the Brisbane Royal National Show (Ekka). Janette also has many works exhibited in the Gallery – she practices the delicate art of painting on china/porcelain tiles and plates, and her pieces are very fine and detailed.
Joan Gerry and Elaine Holmes also won prizes for the clay works they submitted to the Dayboro Show.
All are welcome to visit the Gallery and view all our works. We are open every day.
