Our July Financial Day was generously sponsored by the Electricity Credit Union, Dayboro. We had the pleasure of Karen Cook, Regional Manager attend at lunch to present the prizes. It was great to have Maggie and Maria attend as well to represent the ECU. Audrey Ozan, Kallangur’s team won on the day. Margaret Harmer, Kallangur and her team were runners-up. Margaret was also lucky with one of our fruit raffles, with Colin French winning the other. Jackie French was very excited to win the picnic basket, kindly donated by Pam Minturn. She was so sure she was going to win it as it matched the ones in their van. Well done Jackie! The spiders on the day went to Dorothy, Pine Rivers and Audrey, Kallangur. We have a Friendship Day coming up on Wednesday, 12 September. If you have ever wanted to have a go at lawn bowls, here is your chance. Just come along and have fun.
