Ever find that life is getting too stressful?Having trouble staying motivated and positive in life?Having sleep issues?Want to be more productive?Meditation may be the answer.
When we mention the word “Meditation” it used to conjure up images of hippies on a hillside with dirty feet and incense – but that is far from the reality of today’s modern reality of meditation. With today’s ever increasing pace and stress more and more people are turning to the benefits of meditation. CEO’s, mums and dads, athletes, celebrities and more are reaping the benefits of meditation in all its varied forms.

Happy New Year!I hope that everyone had an enjoyable and safe Christmas and festive season.
With the start of the school year, I would urge everyone to remember to drive safely near schools and to be especially careful where buses pick up and drop off children. As you know, children can be unpredictable and drivers need to be prepared for the unexpected.
We hope to start the Dayboro students on Dance exams in Term 4 of this year and would also like to get “Song & Dance” and Drama classes up and running in 2008.

Bree Kuczma moved into Dayboro for the first time six years ago. At that time the town ran off a foodstore on the then main road, McKenzie Street and the pub was a common gathering ground on a Friday night. Now we are a bustling and growing community, though still as unique and close knit as the day when there really wasn’t that much here. These days you may not know everyone in line at the IGA, though you can be sure that they are as genuine as the blokes still yarning over a beer in the Pub.We all live here for the same reason, we love this place. It’s not often that you get your dream job in your little piece of Paradise, though that is exactly what happened to Bree when she was accepted as a Sales Agent for Ray White Dayboro.

With the start of a New Year come the New Year resolutions, the promise to quit smoking, and 2008 is the year I lose weight and get fit, and that is all going to happen in the first month, sound familiar. We have all been there at some time in our life, but you know that it can happen, not in the first month, but it can happen.2008 can be the year you achieve all of the above if you, prioritize, take it one day at a time, set small achievable goals at first, and very important, be disciplined.
