Apr2014_HOLSWICH LOCKED UP FOR KIDS

State Member for Pine Rivers, Mr Seath Holswich is spending time behind bars – however it is all for a good cause.

PCYC helps 50,000 young Queenslanders each year.  Time 4 Kids fundraiser aims to help young people by providing them with training and advice so they can make positive decisions in their lives.

Mr Holswich has asked the community to support the Pine Rivers PCYC by donating towards his bail.

“I am really excited to participate in Time 4 Kids again this year to help raise awareness and funds for our local PCYC,” Mr Holswich said.

“The PCYC play an important role in working with our local youth and provides valuable mentoring programs and friendship for our local youth and the young people at risk”.
The event is held on 22nd April at 8.40am at the Bray Park High School, Lavarack Road, Bray Park.  Mr Holswich and other local identities will be arriving by police escort to the school where they will be confined to a cell until bail is reached.

“I am calling on local residents and business leaders to donate what they can to support the work and development programs the PCYC provide in our community.”
“Bail is set at $1,000 – once reached I can be released or you can pay more and have me locked up for longer!” said Mr Holswich.
