FRIDAY NIGHT MEALS: Fortnightly 6pm till 8pm.
APRIL FINANCIAL DAY: This day was sponsored by our Honorary Member Joan Clark. Joan is presently in the Palm Lake Care, Deception Bay and we are grateful for her continued support of our April Financial Day. A big thank you to her son Ralph and daughter-in-law Kaye for bringing Joan out for the day. Joan stayed for lunch and presented the prizes. The winning team on the day was Rita Johnston’s Dayboro team.
There were also a number of lucky money prizes drawn out which helped to make a few bowlers very happy. The spider prizes went to Laura, Stafford and Toni, Dayboro. Fruit and Veg went to Gael, Deception Bay and Bernie, Pine Rivers. The main raffle of an Oven went to Laura, Stafford.
WEDNESDAY BOWLS: Ladies Day but men are welcome 8.45am morning tea.9.00am play. $5 to play and BYO lunch. Once again, if you would like to come along and try the game of lawn bowls, bowls can be provided, just wear flat shoes.
