Traffic issues
Please take the time to check trailers over before use. It is easy to register the trailer and then forget about maintenance.  Recent trailer inspections have located a number of defects including serious structural issues, brake lights etc not working, loads not covered, tyre defects and overloaded.
Our main local roads have posted speed limits with several 50km/hr areas.  Please remember that unless there is a sign, the default speed limit in the town area is also 50km/hr.  We have a number of current traffic complaints in relation to speeding on secondary roads in the town.
