CRAFT:  This is on the 1st and 4th Fridays of month from 9.30am.  Cost $3.00.  Beginners welcome as we do have a teacher for various crafts.  So if you want a chat, or to learn a new craft, or just bring along your own work, we would love to see you.  Everyone welcome and you do not need to be a member.
INTERNATIONAL DAY 21st SEPTEMBER:  This year the country is East Timor.  The day will be held at the Samford CWA.  Congratulations to our International Officer, Joycelynn Herburg, who has been providing us with very informative talks on this country.  The 2012 country of study is to be Chile.
WOMEN’S AWARENESS DAY:  Unfortunately this day has had to be cancelled.  We will try to plan for it early in 2012.
DAYBORO SHOW:  Thanks to all those who provided for our stall, and to all in the community who purchased items.  It proved a great success.
SENIOR’S MORNING TEA:  Mark it on your calendar -Tuesday, 15 November.  It will be held again at the Showgrounds as this has proved to be better for parking and more room for tables.  Invitations will be sent out closer to the time.  However, all seniors welcome as it is a great time for a chat and catchup.
AGM:  Our AGM was recently held and congratulations to the new committee:
    Alison Hagaman, President;
