PROGRESS ASSOCIATION AGM
A.G.M. – September 17
Our Annual General Meeting is set down for Thursday 17th September – 6.30pm in the meeting rooms, 28 Williams Street, Dayboro.
The call is out for nominations for the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Nomination forms may be obtained by contacting Maria on 0438 897 279 or Doreen on 3425 1872, OR emailing secretary@dayborodistrict.com.au. Completed nomination forms are to be received by the Secretary before 2nd September 2009.
To nominate you will need to be a financial member, which costs just $5 per year, and have your nomination form co-signed by another financial member of the Dayboro District Progress Association Inc. In the event that nominations are not received for any of the positions, that position may be filled by nominations from the floor of the meeting.
