Pine Rivers VIEW Club News

At our October meeting Sharnelle and Kerri from the Crime Prevention unit came to speak to us. What a fabulous morning ! It was a most enjoyable and fun session of interacting with these police officers and learning so much about how we can protect ourselves from being a victim of crime. We all went home much wiser about our own safety.

Our next meeting is on the 18th November at the Murrumba Downs Tavern, Dohles Rock Road at 11a.m. Our speaker will be a Education Officer from RACQ who will be talking on “Years Ahead” ( age related road safety issues ) and should be very interesting .Visitors and new members are always welcome and if you would like to come along next month please phone Sandra : 3425 2738 or Elizabeth: 3886 4937.

Ladies, if you would like to meet new friends, help the community by raising funds for The Smith Family foundation’s ” Learning for Life “ program while having fun , then please contact us and find out more about our club. VIEW stands for Voice, Interests,Education for Women and  enables ladies to be purposeful in supporting community need and to help educate needy Australian children so they can have a better life.
