logo_police.gifOn the morning of 15th May entry was gained to two residences on Basin Road, Samsonvale.  Items including computer equipment, jewellery and mobile phones were stolen.  An offender was located in the vicinity in possession of stolen property and has been charged in connection with these offences.  Entry was by removing flyscreen and opening windows.
Overnight on 10th May an offender entered through an unlocked door of a house on Aitcheson Road and cash and jewellery were stolen.
Between 1st and 5th May entry was gained to three business premises in the Williams Street/ McKenzie Street area.  Entry was also attempted to another business in the same area.  For three of the offences entry was gained / attempted by jemmying open front doors.  At least two of the offences occurred overnight on 2nd May and it is likely that the others also happened over the same time frame.
