Podiatrist joins Dayboro Medical Centre

Podiatrist, Sergio Gonzalez (pictured below), will have joined the medical team at the Dayboro Medical Centre on 28th  March, 2009.  Sergio will be attending the practice each Saturday to assist in the maintenance of the lower limb health of the Dayboro community.
Appointments for assessments and treatments can be made through the Dayboro Medical Centre on 3425 1427.

Some locals may already know Sergio, as he is the husband of born and bred local girl Laura Edmonds.  Sergio and Laura hope to settle in Dayboro in the near future.
Sergio, a 2nd generation podiatrist, is currently working full-time in Toowoomba at his family’s podiatry clinic, James Street Footcare Centre.  The clinic has developed a strong reputation amongst the Toowoomba locals and is at the forefront of podiatric services in the Darling Downs region.  Sergio has also had experience in a pediatric podiatry clinic in Brisbane which deals specifically with childhood issues. 
Podiatry can treat a wide range of foot and leg conditions including;
Foot, ankle, leg, knee, hip and lower back pain
Diabetic assessment, monitoring and wound care
Geriatric foot care
Painful corns and calluses
Problematic nails
Children:  flat feet, painful legs and ankles, in-toeing, tip-toe walking, instability and coordination issues.
Sergio has joined the dedicated medical team at the Dayboro Medical Centre to further enhance the comprehensive medical services already offered to the Dayboro community.
