Business Expo and Family Fun Day

The Samford Valley Business Network (SVBN) will hold it’s annual Business Expo and Family Fun Day on the 15 June, starting at 10 am.  This popular event, which is held at the Golf and Country club at 2 Reiners Rd Samford, is an opportunity for local businesses of the Samford Valley and surrounds to display their service/product. 

There is free entertainment for children which includes a jumping castle and animal farm.  Additionally there will be guest speakers, prize draws, and music –  NO ENTRANCE FEE.

These Boots Were Made For Walking…

Pull out the chaps and put on your hat, it’s all about Country this May the 18th – for the annual RSPCA Million Paws Walk. Last year proved to be a great success as we stepped out as ‘Lifesavers’ in our beach theme, but we are getting back to our roots in 2008 (boot scooting roots, that is!) The theme is Country! This year will celebrate 15 years of the national fundraiser and it’s search for the ultimate target of a million paws walking across the Country.
