Oct2010 OLD MILL VET SURGERY

PET OF THE MONTH

Chopper, the Miniature Bullterrier, is a very unlucky dog, but very lucky to have such a dedicated owner as Sharon.
Chopper recently visited the Old Mill because he was suffering from tetanus, which is extremely rare in dogs, and once after extended treatment and nursing care he recovered from his rigid condition, it was found that he also had not one but two (!) intestinal foreign bodies, a corncob and a plastic toy, requiring surgery to remove them.  This cheeky terrier is now happy as ever, fully recovered from his ordeal!
