Nov2013_See It, Report It

It’s now even easier to report matters requiring council attention in the Moreton Bay Region on your smartphone with the launch of a new, free app in the App Store and Google Play.
Moreton Bay Regional Council Mayor Allan Sutherland said the MBRC Request app would give local residents the ability to connect with council’s work teams by just a few taps on a smartphone screen.

“It doesn’t matter where you are in the Moreton Bay Region, as long there’s mobile data coverage you can alert council to matters that require attention quickly and easily,” Mayor Sutherland said.
“The MBRC Request app has the option of using the phone’s GPS to pinpoint your exact location and upload a photo direct to council’s electronic job queue for local work crews to prioritise.
The Mayor said the launch of the MBRC Request app coincided with council’s new mobile-friendly website.
“With the help of 21st century technology we’re making it even easier to navigate and connect with council when you’re on the move for the latest on what’s happening in our community,” Mayor Sutherland said.
“MBRC Request is part of your council’s commitment to making the Moreton Bay Region an even better place to live, work and play.”
iPhone and Android users can download the free MBRC Request app from the App Store and Google Play by tapping MBRC request into the store search window.
