Jun2013_ REWARD OFFERED

$500 Reward!!!!
The reward put forward by the owner is for information leading to the successful prosecution of the theft of the steel house posts at 34 Williams Street.
If you have any information please could it be forwarded to the Dayboro Police.
The old Dayboro pump shop property at 34 Williams street opposite the bakery and the pool was recently acquired by a new owner.
The new owner is currently underway to develop the property by refurbishing the old house as a residential dwelling, offices and three retail outlets.  The development will be in keeping with “Dayboro’s look of Yesteryear”.  Already there has been a pre lodgement meeting with council who are keen for the building to be developed and to present a better picture of Dayboro.
The reason for the reward is that custom manufactured steel house stumps to the value of approximately $3000, which were for the new additions, have been stolen from the site recently.  Local CCTV footage is being analysed for clues to the matter.
This is not the first time the owner has been a victim of crime.  The owner also owns the Pitstop Café on Mt Mee Rd and from that property nearly a year ago, 20 six meter steel beams which were intended to be used as floor beams for a deck extending over the side of the mountain were also stolen.
