The school’s 83 students welcomed the Channel 9 helicopter with the word – CROCS – made using their bodies positioned on the school oval. Mr Paige educated the students on aspects of news production and Picasso discussed the preparation that goes on "behind the scenes" of a children’s TV show.  The crew from Australia Zoo discussed environmental issues and how students can become involved in the annual "Steve Irwin Day".
The visitors were most impressed with the school’s environmental area and their commitment to catchment care. The highlight was seeing the school featured on the news.
