Bushfire Preparation Workshop – 7 March, 9-11.30am
This workshop, conducted by Geoff Hughes, and held in conjunction with the OV Rural Fire Brigade will cover topics such as: the risks of bushfire, home safety, preparing my family and home, what to do when fire threatens. Be a part of our GO GREEN FAIR. The idea of the fair is to motivate and inform people on environmental issues and sustainable ways. We will have speakers on specific topics, activities for the kids, and stalls selling environmentally friendly products, as well as stands with food and drink.
Adult topics include Low Carbon Diet, Solar Energy and Waste Minimisation,
Children get playfully educated through Gecko Wildlife, story telling and making environmental art.
