Dec2013_Local Family Buys the Dayboro Post office

Chloe Chapman and her husband Daniel are the proud new owners of the Dayboro Post office.  Chloe and Daniel have been living in Dayboro for the past 4 years with their 2 young boys Jack, 2 ½ and Henry who has just celebrated his 1st birthday.  Chloe is excited to be re-entering the workforce after taking 3 ½ years out to start their family. 

Most importantly Chloe is excited about working within the community she lives.  With the kids going to the local day-care a couple of days a week, and eventually to Dayboro state school, it was important for Daniel and Chloe to establish their work life within the local community.

After an extensive training period with Australia Post, Gloria and Devin, Chloe officially takes over the management and the day to day running of the post office on Friday the 22 of November.  With the same friendly service and some added services such as passports and photo id’s being introduced in the near future, Chloe is looking forward to getting to better know the Dayboro community and local businesses. 

A special thank you to Gloria and Devin, who have provided exceptional training and support to Chloe through the handover period.  Best wishes to them both and the next chapter in their life.
