DAYBORO RASCALS PLAYGROUP Dec08
Hello to you all,
Since our last article we have had a few more new arrivals to our group.
Let’s introduce them and give big congratulations to the families of these new babies:
Harley Shane,
son of Jeanine and Shane Marshall
Hamish,
son of Mandy and Mark Clappison
Will,
son of Kylie and Andrew Fisher
Jessica,
daughter of Mandi and Chris Rieck
By the time this article appears in print the rascals will have enjoyed their pool party break up with a visit from Santa. Much food will have been eaten and many laps swum in the pool. Presents will have been opened and new toys played with. Over all it will have been a great way to finish off the fantastic year we have had.
The Adults will have enjoyed a relaxing evening out at Ocean View winery for their Christmas break up too. A big thank you to all the mums and dads who attended playgroup this year and helped out in any way.
While playgroup has formally finished for the year there is always the possibility of finding a rascal or two down at the pool on a Monday or Wednesday morning during the summer break. So if you have nothing to do on those mornings, go to the pool and have a splash and chat with little ones and their parents.
We want to take this opportunity to thank the 2008 committee who have put in a fantastic effort to make this year so successful. A special mention goes out to Jill Warshau who stepped into the role of president mid way through the year and took up the challenge with great gusto. Thanks Jill.
The starting dates for next year are Monday 2nd February and Wednesday 4th February. In the mean time if you have any questions don’t hesitate to call Jill on 34253343.
