We sure are at the busy time on the Dayboro calendar!
The Relay for Life event was held on the weekend that I was finishing off this edition – congratulations Terah’s Turtles on your terrific fundraising efforts, and I understand Joe C wowed them on the night with his letterbox creation.
The Dayboro Rodeo will have been held on the weekend before this edition comes out, then, before you know it, the Dayboro Day Festival will be upon us!! Yes! Sunday May 25 will be here all too soon. So all the various committees throughout the district will be using these opportunities to fundraise for their group, helping with the catering at the Rodeo and now organising their own stall at the Dayboro Day Festival.
Next then will be the Dayboro Show – on July 11, 12 and 13.
