DAYBORO CHURCHES’ COMMUNITY CHEST

Some local families are “doing it tough” and in situations like these, as well as other urgent situations that may emerge, the Dayboro Churches Community Chest is providing assistance.  It is all done by volunteers from within our community – a community helping itself – with no Government assistance.
You can help!  Money is the best gift as the volunteer “Pantry Managers” draw from the Community Chest to top up the food supplies as needed.

Year 11 and 12 students interested in an Australian Defence Force (ADF) technical trade career need to act quickly to be a part of the 2009 Defence Technical Scholarships.
Applications for the 2009 Defence Technical Scholarships close on 13 February 2009 for all States and Territories, with the exception of Tasmania, where applications close on 27 February 2009.

logo_police.gifBetween 3rd and 10th January 2009 Christmas decorations were stolen from the roof of the Dayboro Bakery.
Between 9.00am and 6.00pm on 9th January 2009 a jockey wheel and assembly was stolen from a tractor and slasher parked on the side of Whiteside Road, Samsonvale.
