DID YOU KNOW . . . ?

Through Dayboro State School you can order a DVD that features the performances from all 70+ schools in the Wakakirri competition.  That way we can see first hand how Dayboro shone!  All orders must be placed by 29th August.  Just call Angie Russian 0414 637 659 for any enquires!

On their competition performance night they received two awards – Best Teamwork and Best in Public – showing yet again how well our children behave and how they are such incredible ambassadors for our community.  That was on Wednesday 23rd July.  On the Friday Dayboro  State School were informed that they had won another award – Best Entertainment Story in the Region!  But wait . . . there’s more . . . . there is also a photo competition relating to Wakakirri, with a different theme notified each week.  Dayboro won “Best photo” in last week’s “Rehearsals” category and with the ‘happy snappers’ having taken lots of photos during the preparations for their performance, they are keenly looking at entering more photos.
