The winning ticket for the quilt raffle was sold to Robyn Mansell at “Dayboro Day”.  Proceeds from the quilt raffle will be sent to QCGC  (Queensland Center Gynaecological Cancer Research).

 

The Club would like to thank the Moreton Bay Regional Council for the community grant of $4200 to run the program R.A.V.E.S (recognize/ awareness/ vocalize/ escape/ safety) which was a self-protection program  run over 6 weeks to all Pine Rivers High School Grade 9 students.  In August, the club is having a birthing kit assembly day with the help of the Lions Club of Samford.
CASINO ROYALE EVENING
The club is holding a Casino fund raising evening on Saturday 20th August.

BINGO
One of our main fund raisers is the bingo game at the Arana Leagues Club on a Thursday morning.  Come along and enjoy a friendly game, easy calling, Jackpot starts at $500 and everything is in aid of women’s issues.
