Amore Says Goodbye to Dayboro

After two and a half years of trading, Emma and Erron have sold their increasingly popular restaurant, and made plans for the next phase in their life.  They are looking forward to having more family time, setting a wedding date and expanding on their one-child family.amore_in_the_beginning_100dpi.jpg
Amore took out the award for “Restaurant of the Year” in the 2008 Pine Rivers Business Awards.
As well as thanking everyone who voted them in as contenders for this award, they wish to express their thanks to everyone for their best wishes and congratulations after their win.
Emma and Erron also extend a big THANK YOU to their staff for their endless hard work.
After 16 years of chefing, Erron is looking forward to pursuing his two other passions – music and art!
Emma is set to undertake study with the view to a career in viticulture (the growing of grapes) and wine making.  She is also looking forward to expanding their family (as mentioned above) and being able to spend more time with their 6 year old son, William.
Having just day jobs, and being able to spend evenings and weekends together at home, is something to look forward to.
This sale, and move, marks the end of a chapter in their lives.  “We are happy for all the good times and experiences shared with so many wonderful people,” said Emma who went on to state, “We have made many friends, and will look back on our journey from day one with fond memories.”
“Thank you for all the well wishes given to us for the next chapter in our lives.  It is very endearing to know how much we will be missed,” Emma said.
