Our respite social club has been operating for over 20 years, and is funded under the Home and Community Care Service (HACC) in response to the needs of our socially isolated folk living within the Dayboro community.
Our respite social club encourages participation in a friendly and safe environment designed to develop, maintain or support the capacity for independent living and social interaction.
A typical day involves transport (to and from home), a choice of various activities to suit your interests, morning tea and lunch. To add variety, bus outings and concerts are also included as part of the activities.
Podiatry and Hairdressing services are also offered every six weeks.
