What is the Returned and Services League (RSL) all about in Dayboro?
The RSL has been re formed after an absence of many decades and our members have given a commitment that we as a Chapter will endeavour to not only provide day to day sound Advocacy and Representational support but also provide appropriate assistance to all veterans and ex-service men and women regardless of their membership in the League.
The RSL provides a means for members to enjoy camaraderie and mate-ship whilst promoting loyalty and pride which the League has for the Nation, its people, the Crown and the Australian Flag.
The Dayboro community may not be aware that in most cases, all currently serving and ex serving members of the Australian Defence Force, Allied Forces, Cadet Officers and Cadet Instructors are able to join the RSL. Membership Fees are normally $20.00 annually however as a sign of appreciation of commitment, the Chapter (through a kind donation) will pay this fee for the first 10 new applicants.
