Sept2012_A novel way to tweet and win

Budding writers aged 12-25 in the Moreton Bay Region have the chance to write a super short story and grab themselves prizes including a Kobo eReader.
Entrants in FastFic 140 must write their micro fiction in no more than 140 characters, including spaces, and submit it via Twitter, Facebook, email, sms or in person at any Moreton Bay Regional Council Library.
For those keen to sharpen their micro fiction skills, Moreton Bay Regional Council is running free FastFic workshops during the school holidays on Wednesday 3 October as part of SHAFT:
 Caboolture Library 10am – 11am
 Redcliffe Library  1pm – 2pm
 Strathpine Library  3pm – 4pm

For more on FastFic 140,  pick up an entry form at any Moreton Bay Regional Council Library or visit fastfic140.tumblr.com.  The competition is open from 22 September to 12 November and the winner’s work will be published and displayed in libraries around the region.
