LADIES HIGH TEA A HUGE SUCCESS!
Once again the annual “Ladies High Tea” fundraising event, held in support of the Dayboro Community Kindergarten, has been a huge success.
This event would not be so successful without the help of many of our Kindy Families, Committee and wonderful people in this community, but in particular, there are 3 ladies that make it spectacular!
A special thank you to Jill Warschau, Karen Mellers and Kelly Black.
The hard work and dedication that these three ladies put in to coordinating this event is nothing short of amazing. Each year they outdo themselves. Their efforts of course do not go unnoticed because “The Ladies High Tea” has now become the event of the year for lots of busy Mums to enjoy a wonderful afternoon of fun and laughter.
A big thanks also goes out to the team of helpers that set up the room, managed the kitchen and cleaned up afterwards. As well as all those involved in baking, selling tickets, donating food and gifts for raffles, and of course we can’t forget the amazing people who entertained us all afternoon.
The money that was raised at this year’s Ladies High Tea will be used to purchase a fantastic new Compactus Shelving System, amongst other things, that will benefit the children who attend the Kindy.
So Jill, Karen and Kelly, thank you for doing what you do.
