PRESENTATION FROM LOCAL FUNDRAISER
Craig Doyle Real Estate recently presented the Royal Childrens Hospital Foundation with a cheque for $17,776.20. The money was raised at a fundraising event held late last year at the Dayboro Football Club.
Craig Doyle Real Estate would like to thank the residents of Dayboro and the surrounding community for their unwavering support. “Without them, it would not have been possible to achieve such a fantastic result”, said Katrina Doyle.
“As you may know, Luke and Karen Mellers spent quite a lot of time at the Royal Childrens Hospital following the birth of their second daughter, Annabelle”, said Katrina.
“Every year, the Royal Children’s Hospital treats more than 30,000 children from all over Queensland, as well as interstate and overseas. This adds up to more than 280,000 hospital visits every year. The Foundation funds groundbreaking medical research and equipment, to find faster diagnoses, better treatments and ultimately cures for childhood illnesses. We couldn’t think of a more worthwhile charity to lend our support to,” said Katrina.
