Here are just some of the courses on offer this term.

Mothers Wellbeing – An opportunity for mothers to support each other while learning about topics of interest; Positive Parenting, Effective Communication, You and Your Child’s Self Esteem, Schoolyard Bullying.  Guest speakers may attend throughout the group.   Group runs for 5 weeks commencing Mon 20th July-17th August, 10:00am-12:00noon.  Childminding is available upon request, gold coin donation please.
Positive Parenting for Mums, Dad’s and Couples – Join Ross Adams (Family Therapist) and a group of parents in a relaxed, safe and confidential space to explore and develop positive parenting and communication skills with children and teenagers.
Term 3, Tuesday evenings, commencing 21st July – 18th August.  Times are 6.30pm to 9pm for 5 weeks.  Bookings are essential.  Cost $25 for entire course.  No child minding available for this course.
Looking In Looking Out – In partnership with Relationships Australia, this free 6 week group is for parents and carers who are interested in exploring ideas around self esteem and ways to make changes towards a healthier self esteem.
Term 3, Thursday’s 23rd July – 27th August. 9:30am-12pm
Child minding available upon request.  Please advise at time of enrolment.
