Nov2014_U3A Pine Rivers OPEN DAY
U3A Pine Rivers Inc will be holding their OPEN DAY on Friday 21st November 2014, at the Community Hall, Mecklem Street, Strathpine. We will be open for business from 9.30am to 12.30pm. We will have all course tutors on hand to answer any questions; the membership officer if you wish to join and the treasurer to take your payments be it for membership, bus trips or theatre outings and current committee members to answer any other questions you may have.
Courses currently on offer include digital photography, internet, iPad and Android tablet discussion groups, short story writing, yoga, craft and doll making, art, wood turning, jewellery making, Mah-Jong, bridge, archery and Tai Chi to name a few. So come along – there is sure to be something of interest for you.
We will be offering morning tea with nibbles for a gold coin donation.
Entry is free and everyone is most welcome.
